Operations & Logitsics Assistant (Driver)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm ✅ Perks & Benefits: 15 days of Annual Leave, 1 day of Birthday Leave, Medical Coverage, AWS + Variable Performance Bonus, Flexi-benefits ✅ Key Responsibilities: • Logistics Coordination – Support delivery, collection, and setup arrangements according to project schedules and inventory movement requirements. • Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory tracking, and support warehouse organization and procurement activities. • Project & Event Support – Assist the operations team with event/project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination when required. • Operational Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve operational processes and productivity. • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of deliveries, setups, inventory movements, and other operational activities. • Compliance & Safety – Ensure all logistics and operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
