Sales Coordinator Salary: $2500 - $2800 Working Hours: 9am – 6:30pm | Monday - Friday Location: Commonwealth Responsibilities • Service and support the company’s existing clientele base of interior designers, architects and clients. • Work closely with designers and clients to understand their fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft-furnishing requirements. • Assist with product selection, specifications, samples and pricing. • Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly. • Follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoing projects. • Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers. • Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients. • Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders. • Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams. • Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and project details.
