Kitchen Crew (Junior CDP/ Pastry Chef/ Cook)

Job Description: • Prepare and cook meals according to menu and recipes provided. • Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and standard. • Monitor food stock and make orders when necessary. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen area, including work station, utensils and cooking equipment. • Assist with menu planning and recipe development. • Follow food safety requirements and kitchen safety procedures. • Work efficiently to deliver timely and high-quality food service. • Manage portions and presentation of dishes.
