Project Coordinator

Job Summary You will be incharge to coordinate and support construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and on-schedule completion. You will deliver administrative, technical, and coordination assistance to project teams, driving efficient execution within the project work programme. Responsibilities • Coordinate project activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of construction projects within schedule • Prepare and maintain detailed work schedules to track project progress and milestones • Develop and update AutoCAD drawings and architectural details to meet project requirements. (draughtsmen can assist) • Communicate clearly with project teams at all levels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues • Organize project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with project standards • Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines • Support site operations by liaising with Architects, Consultants, Sub-contractors & Supplies to maintain activities workflow according to schedule. Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of site experience, preferably with a main contractor in residential building projects • Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing • Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated through project coordination activities
