Assistant Project Manager

Job description · Assist Project Manager/Director with site projects · Liaise and maintain good relationship with clients · Assist to draft quotations for clients · Assist to prepare project report for regular submission · Coordinate and handle paperwork for site projects, operations administrative and submission to office · Practice and ensure good documentation for projects · Assist to manage project team, able to communicate with foreign labourers · Assistant to prepare maintenance programs for projects · Assist to research and place orders for horticulture items · Attend site meetings and tender briefing if required · May station at sites at times · Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job requirements · 5.5 days’ work week · Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 1 year experience in related field · Good communication and interpersonal skill · Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel · Possess Horticulture / arboriculture knowledge will be preferred · Driving license class 3 will be preferred *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. *Salary commensurate with experience
