Roles & Responsibilities:-
. Handle the new tenants move in matters
· Deal with tenant's feedback and enquiries
· Guide tenants to follow the house rules and regulations
· Follow up with lease renewal and end tenancy
· Minor household repair work if needed
Requirement
· Flexible working time (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)
· Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
· Better to have O Level or above
· Able to work at multiple location across singapore
· Have a high sense of responsibility and able to work patiently and initiative
