Leasing Executive (F&B) - 5days | Mon - Fri | Lavender

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am to 1pm (Sat) Working Days : 5.5WD Working Location: Lavender Salary Range : $3800 - $5000 Job Description • Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. • Conduct site viewings and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements. • Manage lease renewals and negotiate rental revisions in line with company targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing leasing and operational issues promptly. • Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments. • Coordinate with Leasing Administration on lease documentation and tenancy matters. • Work closely with Operations, Project, and Maintenance teams to resolve tenant and facility-related issues. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities. • Support management in achieving target occupancy rates and an optimal tenant mix.
