SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: • QS roles & responsibilities including pre/post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative orders • To obtain sub -contractors and supplier’s quotation for costing and do cost comparisons • To source for existing and new vendors, compilation of quotation & competitive prices and summarizing subcontracts, materials and equipment • To manage overall project costs and budget • To attend site meetings • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements • Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the construction (civil engineering / road works) • Knowledge in tendering processes and contracts • Able to multi task and work independently while meeting tight deadlines • Knowledge in MS office, AutoCAD, 3DS max/ sketch ups or equivalent Qualified candidates, please send in your updated resume in MS Word format via APPLY NOW Your resume must include the following information: - • Current and expected salary • Reasons for leaving • Date of availability
