Accounts cum Admin Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage full set of accounts, monthly payroll, cash flow projections, costing reports, creditors and debtors tracking, bank reconciliations, and year-end book closing for an established SME. Responsibilities • Maintain and update full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records • Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for all employees • Prepare cash flow projections to support financial planning and decision-making • Generate work-in-progress costing reports to monitor project expenses and profitability • Track creditors and debtors to manage company payables and receivables efficiently • Perform bank reconciliations to verify and balance company accounts • Complete year-end book closing to prepare financial statements and reports • Utilize Autocount accounting software for daily accounting tasks; participate in training if unfamiliar with the software Other Information • Location: Toh Guan Road East
