Key Responsibilities • Represent the company professionally at events and promotional activities. • Approach and engage potential customers and business clients. • Introduce and explain our products and services confidently. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. • Generate and qualify potential leads through face-to-face interactions. • Build positive relationships with prospects and customers. • Arrange follow-up appointments and meetings with interested prospects. • Support the sales team in converting leads into customers. • Follow up with prospects when required. • Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and appointment targets. • Maintain accurate customer and lead information. • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise event opportunities. Requirements • Confident, outgoing, and friendly personality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people. • Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales. • Target-driven and motivated to achieve results. • Professional appearance and good presentation skills. • Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team. • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required. • Previous experience in sales, events, promotions, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
