0731 - Corporate Administrative Executive (Up to $5000)

Role: Corporate Administrative Executive • Salary: $4000 - $5000 • Working Days: Mon - Fri • Working Hours: 9am - 6.30pm • Working Location: Near MacRitchie reserved Responsibilities • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative activities • Prepare meeting materials, minutes taking, maintain records, and follow up on action items • Support internal communications, documentation, and policy updates • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure records are organized and accessible • Assist in corporate events, meetings, and organizational initiatives • Provide administrative support for special projects and community engagement activities • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational effectiveness • Support governance-related activities, including documentation and meeting administration • Assist with event logistics, planning, and execution • Undertake ad-hoc duties and cross-functional support as assigned Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in admin / executive support role in hospitality industry • Proven experience in attending corporate meetings and preparing accurate, concise, and professional meeting minutes. • With experience in minute-taking, • Able to work beyond regular office hours and weekends for corporate meetings or events ✅ Wee Yuan Huan ✅ Reg No: R21100383 ✅ The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd ✅ EA No: 14C7279
