Project Engineer

Responsibilities • Assist in designing and executing electrical building services to meet project specifications and standards • Perform cable sizing and voltage drop calculations to ensure electrical system safety and efficiency • Support project planning by scheduling tasks and coordinating manpower to meet deadlines • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery • Assist in testing, commissioning, and power turn-on activities to verify system functionality • Prepare material take-offs and contribute to tender and estimation processes to support project bids • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to the Project Manager for effective decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications • Knowledge of local electrical codes (SS 568, SS 560) to ensure compliance with regulations • Experience in cable sizing, earthing, and lightning protection system design for safe electrical installations • Experience in cost estimation or tender preparation processes to support project bidding • Familiarity with AutoCAD software for preparing electrical drawings and documentation • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take responsibility in project tasks Other Information Location Tuas / Jurong Island / Bukom / Tampines Join Us for Opportunity to gain hands-on project experience Supportive team environment with mentorship Career growth in a stable construction company Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle
