Trading Assistant/Execution Support

Location: High Street Centre, walking distance of City Hall MRT. Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided. Job Responsibilities • Support traders in daily trade execution and order placement • Assist with trade booking, order tracking and transaction records • Monitor trade details and ensure information is accurately recorded • Prepare basic trading reports and data summaries • Liaise with traders, brokers and internal teams when required • Perform other trading and administrative support duties Requirements • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable recognized university. • Candidates with a background in Mathematics, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics or other quantitative disciplines are preferred • No prior working experience required; training will be provided • Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese . • Detail-oriented, accurate and responsible • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced trading environment • Good communication and coordination skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
