Site Supervisor (Architectural)

Job Responsibilities • Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules • Motivate and control workforce to perform assigned tasks effectively • Enforce adherence to procedures, standards, and guidelines, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed • Verify subcontractors execute work accurately according to approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and checklists • Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with main contractors or consultants • Implement and monitor work safety and environmental procedures on site • Manage cost and quality control to minimize wastage and rework • Assist in preparing working drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with subcontractors in building construction • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and subcontractors • Strong communication and negotiation skills applied in project coordination • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving • Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
