Sales Support Executive (Indoor)

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Understand the requirement of customers for their MRO enquiries. • Actively involve in sourcing, analysing purchase quotation, costing, and negotiate the best commercial offer. • Ensure sales quotation needed is submitted on timely manner. Take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts. • Process sales order, and follow through the sales processes. • Close communication with vendors and customers, develope long term relationship. • Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management. • Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: • Professional Certificate / Diploma • Minimum 1-2 years related experience • Fluent in communication, both oral and written • Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player • Discipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment • Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude • Sound judgement and good business sense • Remuneration package commensurate with qualification & experience. • Interested candidate to apply with last drawn and expected salary for this position.
