Key Responsibilities • Site Management: Oversee daily field operations, direct work crews, and monitor project progress. • Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct hazard checks, and ensure proper use of safety gear. • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to verify compliance with architectural blueprints and building codes. • Coordination: Liaise with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project managers to resolve on-site delays or conflicts. • Resource Allocation: Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment handling.
