What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Consultant , you will deliver a seamless customer journey by leveraging strong product knowledge, providing accurate guidance, and offering professional service aligned with PML standards. Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive product knowledge , including competitor models and market trends • Analyse pricing strategies, promotional offers, and new model launches to advise customers effectively • Provide accurate advice on financing and insurance solutions tailored to customer needs • Guide customers through Land Transport Authority (LTA) guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and smooth transactions • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, integrity, and care to build trust and loyalty Competencies and qualifications • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification • Minimum 2 years of retail continental car sales experience • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license • Proficient in using digital tools and comfortable adopting new technologies • Skilled in creating and engaging with content on social media platforms • Sales-driven and target-oriented with a proven strong sales track record • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive to achieve targets • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and service-oriented approach Why Join Us at Sime Motors? • Be part of a trusted brand with a strong regional footprint • Work with cutting-edge automotive technology and innovation • Grow your career in a supportive, performance-driven culture
