The Ideal Candidate You are someone who can keep many moving pieces under control. When recruitment gets busy and multiple vacancies, interviews, offers and HR deadlines are happening at the same time, you know how to prioritise, stay organised and keep things moving without constant reminders. You genuinely enjoy bringing people together and creating a positive workplace experience. Planning employee engagement activities and company events comes naturally to you; from coming up with ideas and coordinating the details to being hands-on with execution. You understand that these activities are more than just events; they play an important part in building connection and culture, especially across a hybrid team. You take ownership and close the loop. You are comfortable with both the people-facing and administrative sides of HR, and are curious about AI, automation and better ways of working. You look for ways to make repetitive work simpler, faster and more efficient. Most importantly, you are professional, discreet and dependable, with the maturity to handle confidential employee matters, work independently and recognise when something needs to be escalated.
