JobSummary Independently develop and responsible for detail design of architectural outfitting &safety to comply with Class and Technical specification requirements within assigned schedule. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for delivering the respective project design drawing and document according to project plan schedule. Shall take on project lead role • Prepares compartment layouts, managing space, and coordinating with other engineering specialties. • Liaise with Owner and Classification Society for the specific design requirement compliance, review, and approval. • Prepares architectural outfitting, lifesaving equipment sourcing technical specifications • Conduct a technical evaluationof the offer made by the seller. • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for interpretation of the drawings and specifications. • Develop and update weight report (weight and center of gravity). • Communicate with the person in charge of production on trouble shooting and visiting on-site if needed. • Hull outfitting coverage is an advantage. Required Education & Qualifications • Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline • Familiar with AutoCAD/ Microsoft Office/ AVEVA/ Cadmatic or similar • Good communication and analytical skills
