Job Summary Report to the Tenders & Contracts Manager to prepare tender submissions, manage progress claims and payments, and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance and certification of project claims. Responsibilities • Prepare and submit tender documents accurately to support project acquisition • Manage progress claims, payments, variation orders (VO), and project finalization to ensure timely financial closure • Invite and compile quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, verifying compliance with tender specifications and drawings • Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to ensure accurate submission and compliance • Liaise and build effective working relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate certification of payment claims Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration, or a relevant discipline • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant construction industry experience Preferred competencies and qualifications • Ability to work independently and meticulously under pressure to meet tight deadlines • Strong motivation and results-oriented mindset • Effective team collaboration skills
