Key responsibilities
* Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children
* Liaise with Centre directors, Parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters
* Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
* Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly
* Plan for manpower and logistics
* Handle parent enquiries and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children’s well-being and academic matters
* Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals
* Maintain updated records of students’ profile and finance matters
* Classroom management, including assisting in classrooms whenever necessary
