我们提供 / What We Offer • 班车接送服务（实龙岗地铁站及文礼地铁站） | Company bus pick-up service (Serangoon MRT and Boon Lay MRT) • 15天有薪年假 | 15 days paid annual leave / time off • 五天工作制（上午9点至下午6点），无轮班要求 | 5-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), no shift work required • 快速晋升及职业发展机会 | Fast-track promotions and career growth opportunities • 年底双薪及酌情奖金 | 13th-month bonus (AWS) and discretionary bonus • 全空调环境、舒适现代化办公环境 | Fully air-conditioned, comfortable, and modern office environment • 通讯津贴、医疗福利及健身补贴 | Transport/telecom allowance, medical benefits, and fitness subsidies • 专业培训及学费资助 | Professional training and tuition assistance • 团队活动及公司聚会 | Team-building activities and company gatherings 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities • 出货前检查电子元件，确认型号、数量及产品状况准确无误 Inspect electronic components prior to shipment to ensure part numbers, quantities, and product conditions are accurate. • 支持实验室测试及相关运营工作 Support laboratory testing and related operational tasks. • 编写异常报告并协助功能测试 Prepare non-conformance/discrepancy reports and assist with functional testing. • 根据元件要求进行防潮及密封包装 Perform moisture-proof and sealed packaging according to component requirements. • 阅读规格书并使用测量工具进行检测 Read datasheets/specifications and use measuring tools for quality inspection. • 与原厂及跨部门团队沟通，解决物料相关问题 Communicate with original manufacturers (ODMs/OEMs) and cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues. • 确认元件标识、固件及序列号等资料 Verify component markings, firmware, serial numbers, and other details. 任职要求 / Job Requirements • 高中毕业及以上学历，欢迎应届毕业生申请 High school diploma or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • 良好的沟通及团队合作能力 Good communication skills and strong teamwork abilities. • 具备主动学习精神及解决问题能力 Proactive learning mindset and problem-solving skills. • 能适应快节奏工作环境 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. • 注重细节并具备良好的组织能力，具备基本英语读写能力 Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and basic English reading and writing capability. • 熟悉精密测量工具者优先考虑 Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is preferred. • 可按工作需要搬运包装元件 Capable of handling and lifting packaged components as required by job duties.
