Customer Service & Operations Assistant

Job Summary Plan and coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective distribution. Manage customer communications and vendor relations while maintaining operational records and supporting office administration to enhance warehouse and sales team efficiency. Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods • Collaborate with drivers and third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules for improved efficiency • Develop, update, and maintain master databases and contract records to support operational continuity • Serve as the primary contact between Bakels Singapore warehouse and customers' outlets to ensure accurate and timely communication of corporate information to the sales team • Manage customer relations by handling feedback via calls, emails, or text messages to maintain customer satisfaction • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to resolve office-related issues such as equipment maintenance, cleaning services, and refurbishment • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document management, and procurement of office supplies • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, delivery performance, and operational efficiency to inform management decisions • Prepare and maintain work orders, ensuring accurate tracking from initiation to completion • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the company to support business operations
