Live Commerce Executive

About Us Started as a retail event organizer since 2013, we are now expanding from retail event activation into live commerce, building a new revenue channel on TikTok Shop, with Shopee and other social commerce platforms layered in progressively. We are looking for a hands-on live commerce specialist to kick-start this new function and turn our curated vendor product range into a fully running stream-selling business. The Role The Live Commerce Specialist is the driving force behind our live-selling function, with TikTok as the primary platform, followed by Shopee and other social commerce channels as they are layered in. This role suits someone with an ownership mindset who wants to build live commerce from the ground up: sourcing and managing the right hosts, creators, and influencers, curating suitable vendor products for streaming, and running the sessions that turn viewers into buyers. This role will play a key part in kick-starting and building up our live commerce function, starting with TikTok before expanding to Shopee and other platforms as performance and readiness allow. Live sessions may be operated from our Kaki Bukit office, client sites, warehouses, remote host setups, and occasionally overseas depending on campaign needs. Key Responsibilities · Source, onboard, and manage the right live commerce hosts, creators, and influencers across full-time, part-time, freelance, and affiliate models, including briefing and performance follow-up. · Actively curate which vendor products are suitable to test live, screening for visual appeal, price point, demo-ability, and trend potential, and feed performance signals back to the Founder to guide vendor conversations. · Plan, schedule, and run live-selling sessions on TikTok Shop end-to-end, including livestream setup, promotions, and host coaching for stronger conversion. · Design simple "shoppertainment" formats for live sessions (e.g., mini-games, mystery bundles, flash-discount reveals) so streams feel engaging rather than purely transactional. · Monitor and respond to live comments in real-time, coordinating with the host to keep viewers engaged and drive conversions. · Track key live-selling metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and host/creator performance to guide session planning. · Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform features, and competitor livestream activities to keep session formats fresh and competitive. · Prepare post-session performance summaries (GMV, conversion, standout products, host performance) to inform the next session's product mix and format. · Extend proven live-selling formats to Shopee and other suitable social commerce platforms once TikTok operations and performance are stable. · Set up and troubleshoot basic live-stream equipment (camera, lighting, audio, connectivity) to keep sessions running smoothly. · Coordinate product seeding and sample management with vendors ahead of live sessions. · Coordinate product inventory and stock availability with vendors and internal teams ahead of and during live sessions, ensuring accurate stock visibility to avoid overselling or last-minute gaps. · Prepare sold items for dispatch, including packing and preparing airway bills/shipping documents, so fulfilment partners can pick up promptly — with next-day fulfilment as the baseline and same-day delivery activated selectively for suitable products or campaigns once operations are stable. What We're Looking For · 2-4 years of experience in TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar live-commerce/marketplace operations, including hands-on work with livestream selling or creator/host coordination. · Hands-on TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred. · Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center; comfortable picking up other seller platforms as the business expands. · Strong network or experience sourcing and managing live-selling hosts, creators, or influencers. · Commercial instinct for spotting which products have "hit" or trending potential in a live-selling format. · Data-literate: comfortable with spreadsheets and platform analytics dashboards. · Prior exposure to livestream selling, content creation, or event activation/production is a strong plus. · Familiarity with short-form video/editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) is a plus, especially for creating teaser clips or highlight reels from livestreams. · Coachable and open to feedback --- comfortable receiving guidance on product curation, session format, and host coaching techniques as the playbook evolves. · Willing and able to support a recurring 4-hour Saturday live session as the default weekend duty, plus occasional additional Sunday live sessions when campaign days fall on Sunday, with a weekday off in lieu to balance total weekly hours. Remuneration · Basic Salary: S$3,500 - $4,000 (commensurate with experience). · Commission: 1% of monthly GMV. · Incentive: 0.5% of monthly GMV, only when monthly GMV target is hit. · Year-end performance bonus, when yearly GMV target is hit. · Company phone & mobile plan provided. · Transport claims for offsite and night live streams. · Worker's Insurance. · Dental Allowance. · Remuneration will be commensurate with relevant experience and contribution. *Commission & incentive: performance-based on GMV; for example, at around S$75,000 GMV across multiple hosts, total pay can reach about S$4,625. Work Hours, Location & Leave · Total working hours: 44 hours per week (Singapore standard), across 5.5 working days. · Work at Kaki Bukit office, client sites, warehouses, remote host setups, and occasionally overseas depending on campaign needs. · 12 days annual leave + 1 day birthday leave, after confirmation. Live Streaming Schedule (Summary) Up to 3 Specialist-supported live sessions per week (two weekday evenings + Saturday), with additional host-solo sessions running on other days to build daily platform presence. Weekday evening sessions run into the night (up to 10pm), and Saturd…
