Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: • Project Cost Control & Claims: Monitor project expenditures and prepare submissions for progress payments and variation claims to reflect project milestones and any changes in scope. • Procurement & Subcontractor Oversight: Source and appoint contractors and suppliers, and evaluate subcontractors’ payment applications to ensure they align with contractual requirements. • Contract Administration & Final Accounts: Examine contracts for potential issues, compile final accounts, and manage subcontract agreements along with related documentation and communication. • Claims & Delay Support: Assist supervisors in compiling claims for extensions of time, cost variations, and delays, ensuring all supporting records are complete and accurate. • Reporting & Coordination: Utilize internal platforms such as OA and SAP to track project progress, and participate in meetings to share updates and provide necessary support. • Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other tasks assigned as required.
