Proposal & Execution Engineer

Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements and WIKA standards. • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure feasibility, lead times, and smooth execution. • Manage project delivery from order intake to completion, ensuring timelines, documentation, and compliance. • Act as the technical contact for customers during execution, providing updates and resolving issues. • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and sharing lessons learned. Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Engineering from a recognised institution preferably Polytechnics • Possess good interpersonal skills and capable of working effectively under own initiative and able to adapt to fast-paced, target driven work environment • With good written and oral communication ability in English • Candidates with prior experience in field instrumentation will be preferred. • Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply
