Account cum HR Executive

Accounts • Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts payable and receivable • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers • Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly account reports • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents • Assist with GST submissions, and year-end audit Human Resources • Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions • Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave • Assist with recruitment, including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding • Prepare HR letters and documents such as offer letters and confirmation letters • Handle other HR and admin tasks as assigned Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field • At least [1–2] years of relevant working experience • Familiar with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel • Basic knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and payroll statutory requirements • Good communication skills in [English / Mandarin] • Honest, careful, and able to handle confidential information
