QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Job Description: • Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection standards. • Oversee product testing, audits, and compliance with industry regulations. • Identify non-conformities and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). • Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports for management. • Train staff on QC procedures and foster a quality-focused culture. • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. • 3–5+ years of QC/QA experience, preferably in manufacturing. • Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001; Six Sigma certification preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. • Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office. • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
