The candidate will manage daily operations, establish supplier relationships, and train new workers to support business growth and expansion. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of the tyre and rim shop to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning • Negotiate with tyre suppliers to secure competitive supply rates and establish reliable supply chains • Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to support inventory needs • Train and mentor new workers to transfer knowledge and build team capabilities for future growth • Support business setup activities to establish the shop from the ground up • Able to find other avenues of growth for the company • Develop and grow product offerings to customers
