SR&T Consultant, Performance Improvement & Restructuring

Job Summary Join Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transaction – Performance Improvement & Restructuring team to deliver expert advice on financial and operational restructuring, insolvency, and transformation projects across Southeast Asia, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive value and growth. Responsibilities • Deliver financial and operational restructuring, turnaround, insolvency, and performance improvement engagements across diverse industries • Develop detailed financial analyses, cash flow reviews, independent business review workpapers, and stakeholder presentations to support client decision-making • Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to identify key business issues, value drivers, and opportunities for improvement • Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and client presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professional advisers to facilitate collaboration and successful project delivery • Take ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered within demanding timelines • Demonstrate curiosity and commercial awareness by proactively learning from complex situations and industry trends • Continuously develop technical, analytical, and professional skills to contribute effectively to a high-performing team culture • Identify disruptive market trends and promote innovative opportunities for client improvement and growth • Collaborate effectively as a team player, communicating clearly and adapting to fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Travel as required for assignments within Southeast Asia and internationally Required competencies and certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, consulting, corporate finance, banking, restructuring, insolvency, or credit analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated by interpreting complex financial and operational information with meticulous attention to detail • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly and effectively • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in producing deliverables • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred competencies and qualifications • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Python • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced and uncertain environments • Proactive approach to proposing solutions and eagerness to learn independently
