Solutions Lead (AI)

About the role Sioux Connect is our integration platform for ERP, HR, finance and management reporting, built in the Software Services tribe and increasingly requested by clients. As Solution Lead you own Connect from requirements to adoption: you shape what we build, make sure it lands with users, and turn it into a proposition we sell. Your first mission is the implementation of Connect at Sioux Netherlands, which will serve as our reference case. Alongside this, you hold the internal mandate for IT and AI automation across Sioux Asia, with Sioux Asia treated as an internal client of the tribe. Key responsibilities Your time is split as follows: 60% Sioux Connect, 20% internal IT and AI automation, and 20% tribe contribution and strategic projects. Sioux Connect solution and product (60%) • Lead the Connect implementation at Sioux Netherlands: requirements, stakeholder alignment, migration, adoption and change management. • Act as product owner: set the roadmap with the development team and senior architect and prioritize across internal and client needs. • Build the Connect proposition, business case and implementation approach for external clients, and lead solution design in client pursuits. • Work closely with European business development, who own the sales pipeline, while you own the solution, pricing input and delivery. Internal IT and AI automation mandate (20%) • Own the IT roadmap for Sioux Asia across China, Singapore, Vietnam and India, including cloud versus on-premises choices, vendor landscape, cost control and alignment with ISO 27001. • Drive AI automation of support processes, by following the company's growth, without adding indirect headcounts. Tribe contribution and strategic projects (20%) • Contribute to tribe forecasting, OKRs and continuous improvement of how the tribe sells and delivers. • Own the OKR process for Sioux Asia: set up the annual and quarterly cycle, guide how objectives cascade from company level to tribes and teams, and track progress and reviews. • Prepare and facilitate OKR workshops with the tribe leads and their teams, from defining objectives and key results to quarterly reviews and retrospectives. Job Requirements: • Lead other strategic projects as agreed with the Managing Director, turning strategic priorities into concrete plans and measurable results. • 5+ years in strategy, operations or IT consulting, with hands-on implementation experience. • Proven ability to translate strategy into working systems and KPI frameworks that stay in use. • Strong applied AI and AI-assisted development skills; comfortable discussing architecture with engineers. • Experience with C-level stakeholders and working across Dutch and Asian contexts. • Entrepreneurial and commercially minded: you want to build things and grow them into business. WHAT WE CAN OFFER Our employees are our strength and together we want to achieve the maximum. That is why we invest a lot in our employees, through generous development budgets and personal attention. According to our employees, this is what makes the difference at Sioux. We are proud of that. For us, success is more than just a good salary: it is also about feeling valued, getting responsibilities, and to be able continuously develop oneself. • No matter how experienced you are, you will continue to develop yourself on a personal level and in terms of content. You have a personal training budget of 5,000 SGD available for this, every year. • Varied work due to the diversity in technologies, markets, and projects • An open culture that focuses on collaboration, learning, and having fun • An innovative work environment Job Location Our office is conveniently located next to the Tai Seng MRT station.
