SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities: · Responsiblefor tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submittenders including quantity taking off and pricing · Sourcequotation from sub-contractors and suppliers · Involvedin cost analysis and contracts administration · Preparetender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements · Preparationof budgets and keep track of project expenditures · Prepareand submit monthly progress claim · Negotiateand award sub-contracts · Process subcontractor claims and contractual payment · Prepareand manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors · Attendproject meetings and tender interviews · Preparematerials samples for approval Requirements: · Degree inQuantity Surveying, Building or related field of study. · Minimum 6years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor · Goodworking knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works · Proactive,meticulous and conscientious · Proficientin using Microsoft Office (Excel)
