Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing; • Maintain a well organized record of customer database; • Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone; • Liaising with other members of the teams and other technical experts; • Provide sales support for local and overseas customers; • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: • Able to communicate both in English and Mandarin Chinese (in order to build and maintain good relationships and rapports with Chinese speaking customers and buyers via email and telephone.); • Ability to use SAP B1 is an advantage. • At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications; • Minimum 2 years of working experience; • Highly responsible, independent and a good team player; • Possess high degree of self discipline and initiative to learn new things; • Proficient in Ms Office is a must (Ms Office & Ms Excel); • Willing to work on half day alternate Saturday;
