Personal Trainer

Responsibilities: • Identify, assess, review, execute & monitor a safe & effective training program to assist members in achieving their individual fitness goals • Results-based personal training focus • Educate & provide proper advice to members • Interact and provide good customer service to members and visitors • Monitor and ensure members' safe and effective use of equipment • Ensure equipment are kept up to standard for effective, safe and clean usage • Achieve monthly sales and service targets with the team • Ensure daily operational flow pertaining to club/gym SOPS and culture • Working closely with the Manager on a regular basis to ensure club/gym goals, requirements are met or up to standards • Conduct group classes like HIIT Requirements: • Self Driven with Initiative • Positive Attitude and Energy • Sales Orientated with Good Interpersonal Skills • At least one recognized personal training qualification (e.g. ACE, NCSF, NSCA, etc.) • CPR/AED & First Aid certified • 1-year Experience preferred Benefits: • Above market rate salary with high commissions and bonuses • Health and Dental benefits • Guaranteed Strong Clientele Base • Professional and personal growth, development, and further opportunities to grow within our company • Career progression • Opportunities for courses, development, and training • Free gym account and discounted rates for spouse/family member • Great working environment and culture • Team bonding events
