Associate Executive, Clinical Administration Office

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare? SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) is looking for an Associate Executive to join our Clinical Administration Office, where you will play a key role in supporting our clinical and administrative operations. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to our Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health teams and the department. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, equipment and filing systems, ensuring proper documentation of purchases and timely submissions of invoices and claims, and supporting manpower-related processes for new staff onboarding and offboarding. You will support processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from professional bodies and SCH policies. You will also help to coordinate and provide logistics support for staff education-related activites. Job Requirement • Diploma with 2 years of experience; or Higher NITEC / NITEC/ GCE N / O / A Level with 8 years of experience and demonstrated competency • Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage • Meticulous and well-organised • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good writing skills • Comfortable working both independently and within a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Primary working site will be at Sengkang Community Hospital
