About the role
Onsite Support Consultant providing IT support services with expertise in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, and HP copier and computers.
Key responsibilities
• Handle incidents and requests defined as per defined in processes and SLA
• Support & assist with setting up remote collaboration tools/systems
• Support other teams in troubleshooting issues
• Create, understand, and follow technical documentation, routines and processes
About you
• Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
• Min 3-4 years of hands-on support for IT Services
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier and computers
• Experience working and handling Ticketing Tools
• Experience in creating, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
