Digital Account Manager (SEO / SEM / Paid Media)

• Position : Digital Account Manager (SEO / SEM / Paid Media) • Location: Tanjong Pagar • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm • Salary: Up to $6,500 basic, commensurate with experience • Benefits: Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits • Employment Type: Permanent • Industry: Digital Marketing Agency Main Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts and digital marketing campaigns. • Understand client objectives and develop suitable SEO, SEM, paid social and digital marketing strategies . • Coordinate with SEO, content, design, development and performance marketing teams on campaign execution. • Monitor campaign KPIs, performance data and budgets and provide actionable recommendations. • Present campaign results, strategic plans and performance updates to clients. • Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations. • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers and advertising platforms where required. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across digital marketing services. • Support client retention and account growth. • Stay updated on developments across SEO, paid media, social media and digital advertising. Requirements • Relevant experience in digital marketing account management , preferably within an agency environment. • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and paid digital campaigns . • Experience managing multiple client accounts and digital campaigns simultaneously. • Able to interpret campaign analytics and translate performance data into client recommendations. • Strong client-facing presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Experience coordinating internal specialists and external vendors. • Good project-management skills with the ability to manage timelines and priorities. • Commercially minded with experience identifying account growth, upselling or cross-selling opportunities. • Experience with project-management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana or Basecamp will be advantageous.
