Auto CAD Drafter

Job Description • Prepare detailed shop drawings and cutting lists based on project requirements. • Conduct site coordination and verify drawings and site conditions where required. • Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project coordination. • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare material quantity calculations. • Assist with project-related documentation and coordination as required. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the management. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Able to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. • Good oral and written communication skills. • A responsible and proactive team player with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Good attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings. • Willing to work a 5.5-day work week .
