Project Administration Executive / Project Coordinator

Location: Toh Guan Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat) We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Administration Executive / Project Coordinator to join our engineering and operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in project coordination, site supervision, or engineering project administration. Job Responsibilities • Coordinate and support daily project administration and execution. • Prepare and monitor project schedules and work progress. • Manage project documentation, including Project Files, Scope of Supply, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Equipment Hiring and Subcontractor Documents. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Personnel, Subcontractors, Suppliers and other stakeholders. • Assist the Operations Manager with project progress reports, assessments and statistics. • Monitor project schedules and follow up on project-related matters. • Prepare professional reports, documentation and email correspondence. • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment. Job Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration or Site Supervision. • Basic AutoCAD knowledge. • Able to understand and review engineering/project documents. • Possess a valid Singapore Driving Licence. • Possession of relevant workplace safety certifications will be an advantage. • Strong coordination, communication and multitasking skills. • Good written English and report-writing skills.
