Supervisor

Job Description • Supervise and coordinate the daily work of employees. • Assign tasks and ensure work is completed properly and on time. • Monitor staff performance and work progress. • Ensure employees follow company rules, procedures, and safety requirements. • Check the quality of work and address any issues promptly. • Coordinate with management and other departments when necessary. • Maintain daily work records and reports. • Assist in resolving operational or workplace issues. • Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and properly maintained. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management. Job Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant supervisory experience. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to lead and supervise a team effectively. • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently. • Good organisational and problem-solving skills. • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Basic computer skills. • Relevant experience in the industry will be an advantage.
