They operate a new manufacturing facility offering advanced production technology and career growth opportunities. 🎁 What You’ll Get • 💰 AWS + Variable Bonus + Shift Allowance • 🚌 Company transport provided • 📅 Average only 14–15 working days per month • 📈 Structured training and career progression opportunities • 🏭 High-tech and safety-focused working environment Responsibilities • Operate production equipment to support daily manufacturing runs and meet production targets • Perform product and process conversions following approved parameters to ensure quality and consistency • Troubleshoot production issues and conduct basic root cause analysis to minimize downtime • Perform precision measurements and manual chemical analysis to maintain product standards • Carry out preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure operational reliability • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, chemicals, and machine consumables to support continuous production • Train operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain compliance and safety • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve line issues and improve processes • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and operational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications • Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering or related field • Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing environments • Basic Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of MES or ERP systems is advantageous • Ability to work comfortably in a cleanroom environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) • Detail-oriented, responsible, and effective team player We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
