Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive

Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive Location: Singapore | Full-Time / Flexible We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive to provide accounting and compliance services for our Singapore-based clients. Key Responsibilities • Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . • Maintain General Ledger and accounting records. • Perform monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations. • Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports. • Process payroll and employee expense claims. • Assist with corporate tax and GST filing . • Assist with AGM, Annual Return and corporate secretarial matters . • Prepare and submit XBRL and other online statutory filings . • Ensure compliance with Singapore Companies Act and IRAS requirements . • Maintain strict client confidentiality and accurate financial records. Requirements • Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience . • Experience handling multiple clients is preferred. • Knowledge of Singapore accounting, tax and statutory requirements. • Proficiency in Xero and/or QuickBooks Online . • Good knowledge of XBRL and online submissions. • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. • Experience with SaaS/technology companies or start-ups is an advantage. • Accounting/Finance Diploma or Degree preferred. • Good communication skills and ability to work independently. • High level of integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
