Accounts Executive

Job Description We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle the company’s day-to-day accounting matters and support year-end financial and tax-related processes. Responsibilities • Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping matters • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Perform bank reconciliations • Process invoices, payments and expense records • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents • Assist with month-end and year-end closing • Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for annual audit • Prepare and organise documents required for tax filing and statutory submissions • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate service providers when required • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience • Experience in handling day-to-day company accounts • Familiar with basic month-end and year-end accounting processes • Basic understanding of Singapore tax and statutory filing requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting/office applications • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage accounting records accurately • Able to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks Skills / Keywords Accounting | Bookkeeping | Accounts Payable | Accounts Receivable | Bank Reconciliation | Month-End Closing | Year-End Closing | Audit Support | Tax Filing | Microsoft Excel
