Production Supervisor @ Tuas

Authorities and Responsibilities • To organize, co-ordinate, check and ensure all production activities follow as plan. • Calculate machine cycle time and organize production schedule base on machine capacity and capabilities • Plan manpower resources and delegate machining job to machinist • Verify program issue to workshop • Analyze and provide solution to solve problems between programmer and production dept. • Analyze monthly machining and scrap report • Good supervisory skill, people skill and 5 ‘S’ housekeeping • Good writing and communicating skill • Good in mechanical process, such as machining process, H/T, jig and fixture etc. Competence Requirements • Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of working in related industry, and having 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience and preferably with working knowledge in machining processes. • PC literate • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also self driven with a strong achievement orientation.
