Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule • Assign duties and coordinate staff work schedules to optimize workforce productivity • Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement • Train and guide employees on work procedures and safety practices to enhance performance and workplace safety • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to support smooth daily operations • Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate matters requiring management attention • Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare detailed operational reports for management review • Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
