DfMA Site Coordinator - Prefab MEP

Job Overview: Coordinate and oversee site operations for DfMA Prefab MEP projects, ensuring the efficient execution of design, production, and installation processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations on-site. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Operations Management • Coordinate site operations for Prefab MEP projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and standards. • Supervise the progress of fabrication, assembly, and installation activities on-site. • Ensure timely delivery of prefabricated components for on-site assembly. 🔹 Site Supervision & Quality Control • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. • Monitor work practices and resolve issues to maintain high standards of work. • Collaborate with QAQC teams to ensure proper documentation and certification for on-site activities. 🔹 Team Coordination & Communication • Coordinate activities across different teams (design, production, installation). • Serve as the point of contact between site teams and project managers. • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any operational challenges. 🔹 Resource & Logistics Management • Ensure the availability of necessary resources (materials, equipment, labor) to keep operations on track. • Oversee logistics for delivery, handling, and storage of prefabricated components. Qualifications & Experience: ✔ NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields. ✔ BCSS certification. ✔ 1-3 years of experience in coordinating site operations, preferably in MEP or Prefab MEP projects. ✔ Knowledge of DfMA processes and practices. ✔ Familiarity with BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) is a plus. Skills: ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills. ✅ Ability to manage on-site operations and resources effectively. ✅ Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements. ✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ✅ Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
