Legal Counsel

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to provide legal and commercial support across the Group's business operations and projects. This role will suit a legal professional with strong experience in construction law, EPC contracts, contract negotiation and commercial advisory, who is comfortable working closely with business stakeholders and external legal counsel. Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and contractual matters, including contract drafting, review and negotiation. • Review, negotiate and finalise construction and EPC contracts, and support project-related commercial, contractual and claims matters. • Advise business units and internal stakeholders on legal and contractual issues. • Support the establishment, restructuring and closure of subsidiaries, branches and project offices. • Liaise with and manage external legal counsel and consultants.
