Responsibilities • Perform hair cutting, coloring, perming, rebonding, and treatment services independently to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction • Provide professional consultations to clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hair care products • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff • Stay informed about current hair and beauty trends to offer up-to-date services and advice • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure positive service experiences Preferred competencies and qualifications • Have at least 3 years of experience working in a beauty salon to demonstrate proficiency and reliability in hair services • Demonstrate good communication skills to engage with clients and understand their requirements
