Front Desk/ Receptionist

• Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate, and efficient check-in and check-out experience while adhering to the Hotel’s policies and procedures. • Perform room checks, reservation checks, and public area inspections as assigned, as part of the Hotel’s efforts to provide staff with broader operational exposure and development opportunities for career progression. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries via email, telephone, and at the front desk, providing appropriate assistance while maintaining excellent hospitality and service standards. • Perform cashiering duties and ensure that the cash float and all transactions are handled accurately and properly accounted for - Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
