Account Executive

Key Responsibilities; Key Responsibilities 1. Finance Operations • Handle daily accounting functions, managing partial or full sets of accounts to ensure timely and accurate month-end closings. • Oversee financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, andother related transactions. • Perform intercompany billing, ensuring accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and timely settlements. • Maintain accurate financial records, including accruals, and prepayments. • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare quarterly GST reports. • Assist with audits and tax filings, compiling necessary schedules and reports. • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Any other assignment as assigned by Management. 2. Administrative& Ad-hoc Support i. Assistthe Director with finance-related tasks ii. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience; Degree in Business and Finance, Accounting, or equivalent Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience Skills & Attributes ; • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, meticulous,and committed to maintaining financial integrity. • A team player who thrives ina collaborative environment.
